Check-In
You're welcome to check in starting at 2 PM. If you're able to, we kindly ask that you complete your check-in by 6 PM at the latest. Should you arrive after 6 PM, our villa security guard will be available to greet you. Please keep in mind our security team speak limited English. And for those who have reserved an Arrival Dinner, our skilled cooks and attentive housekeeping staff will be ready to give you a warm welcome and serve you a delicious dinner. Your comfort is important to us.
Check Out
Check-out time is from 11 AM. If you've arranged for a drop-off transfer with us, your driver will be ready to meet you in The Villas driveway.
Travel Insurance
For your ease of mind, we highly suggest getting comprehensive travel insurance when booking your holiday at The Villas North Bali. It's a smart way to ensure everyone's covered during your stay with us.
Tourist Tax
Upon your arrival at The Villas North Bali, we kindly request that you provide your passport to our villa staff for the purpose of making a copy required by the Local Tourist Police. Rest assured, this tax is already incorporated into the booking rate, so no additional payment is needed. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Safety
Given that our expansive swimming pool, fish ponds, and direct access to the beach lack fencing, we kindly request that all guests exercise diligent supervision of children at all times when within these spaces. Your understanding and cooperation in ensuring the safety of all are greatly appreciated.
Travel from South Bali to The Villas
The journey from the International Airport or South Bali to the charming Lovina typically takes around 3 hours, offering picturesque and scenic views throughout.
If you've arranged a pickup transfer with us from the International Airport, your designated driver will be ready to greet you at the arrivals hall. They will be holding a sign displaying your name. After meeting you, they'll guide you to the carpark waiting area while they retrieve the vehicle. Once ready, they'll pick you up and commence the drive to The Villas.
For those being picked up from another villa or hotel in the South of Bali (such as Kuta, Canggu, Ubud, etc.), your driver will meet you at your hotel reception area or villa driveway as per your agreed-upon pickup time.
During the journey to The Villas, your driver can make stops for snacks, convenient restroom breaks, and even some sightseeing if you wish. Opting for our skilled drivers ensures a stress-free trip with no confusion, ensuring a smooth and comfortable ride up to the North. Allow us to manage the logistics while you relax and relish the beauty of Bali.
Upgrades
For added convenience, we recommend securing Upgrades such as the Arrival Dinner, Daily Breakfast, and Days Out in advance through our online management team. This proactive step gives our on-site staff sufficient time to ensure everything is prepared to your liking. If you're seeking recommendations or assistance in tailoring your ideal stay, our online team is more than happy to help. Rest assured, all of our Upgrades have been thoughtfully selected, tested, and approved by our team to guarantee an amazing experience.
Should you have uncertainties about scheduling in-villa activities like massages or stand-up paddleboarding, you're welcome to coordinate directly with your villa staff on the day that suits you best.
Any upgrades arranged at The Villas with your villa staff will be compiled into a single online invoice, which can be settled on the day of your departure.
