They're dedicated to ensuring your comfort, allowing you to fully savour your stay. Embrace the relaxed pace of Bali and savour their delectable, authentic cuisine. As co-leaders, they collaborate to provide the finest experience for our guests. For larger groups, you might notice additional housekeeping staff supporting Ria and Suli.
Should you have any inquiries, rest assured that Ria and Suli are more than capable of addressing them or offering valuable recommendations. Your satisfaction is their priority.
Putu, our dedicated team member, will greet you each evening and diligently perform his nightly duties to create a secure and serene atmosphere.
Enjoy peace of mind during your stay, as we maintain villa security from 6 PM to 6 AM daily.
It's important to note that while Putu's English is limited, he's enthusiastic about practising the language and engaging with guests. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.
Starting at 7 AM, our villa gardener and maintenance staff member, Made, will be present in and around the villa.
Although Made’s English is limited, he is known for his warm and friendly demeanour. If you happen to notice any issues during your stay, please inform your housekeeping staff, and Made will be more than willing to assist with repairs. If you have arranged for stand-up paddleboarding activities, Made will be available to guide you through the setup process and help you get ready for your time on the water. Your comfort and enjoyment are our priority, and we're here to ensure you have a wonderful stay.
